You are responsible for any loss (including theft) or damage to the rentals or any parts of the rental. *If any of the equipment is stolen you must inform ECRR as soon as possible. *If you are making an insurance claim to pay for the stolen bike, you must also report the theft to the police. *The rental documents that you will sign before departure explain your responsibility in detail. ECRR will cover following amounts by opting in the damage insurance:

Up to $150: E-Skateboard ScooterUp to $250: E-Bikes & Fat Tire E-ScooterUp to $100: For all water equipment

• 2 days : $160.00 Fixed
• 3 days : $200.00 Fixed

• 1 – 2 Hours : $40.00 Fixed
• 3 – 4 Hours : $60.00 Fixed
• 5 – 8 Hours : $90.00 Fixed
• 9 – 24 Hours : $110.00 Fixed

Extra Service:

• Cancellation insurance $10.00 – One Time
• Damage insurance $30.00 – One Time
• Dartmouth Dropoff/Pickup Fee $35.00 – One Time
• Universal Waterproof Phone Pouch – $5.00

Upon pickup, equipment damage deposit (pre-auth) is required. Pre-auth amounts are as following:

• E-Bikes: $250
• Scooters: $200
• 18 Ft SUP/SUP Bike: $150
