Description: You are responsible for any loss (including theft) or damage to the rentals or any parts of the rental. *If any of the equipment is stolen you must inform ECRR as soon as possible. *If you are making an insurance claim to pay for the stolen bike, you must also report the theft to the police. *The rental documents that you will sign before departure explain your responsibility in detail. ECRR will cover the following amounts by opting for damage insurance:

• Up to $150: E-Skateboard Scooter
• Up to $250: E-Bikes & Fat Tire E-Scooter
• Up to $100: For all water equipment

Day based pricing

• 1 days : $160.00 Fixed
• 2 days : $230.00 Fixed
• 3 days : $280.00 Fixed

Hourly based pricing

• 1 - 4 Hours : $100.00 Fixed
• 5 - 8 Hours : $130.00 Fixed
• 9 - 24 Hours : $160.00 Fixed

Upon pickup, equipment damage deposit (pre-auth) is required. Pre-auth amounts are as following:

• E-Bikes: $250
• Scooters: $200
• 18 Ft SUP/SUP Bike: $150

Note: Any late return is subject to a $25 late fee
